Resilience, grit, positive energy, and hard work are the main reasons we’re still here today doing what we love most and rising to new challenges. With a team of experts in exercise science, sports psychology, sports performance, adult and youth group fitness, and our fearless leader Elvis Fisher, we’re here to build you that very same foundation.

Elvis Fisher

Coach Elvis

With a bachelors in sports and nutrition, a masters in sports psychology, and having been a football captain for the University of Missouri for 2 years, Coach Elvis is here to build you a positive mindset and a stronger self. While he more than understands that challenges happen, he’s going to show you that you’ve got just what it takes to come back from anything life throws at you. When you work out with Coach Elvis, you’ll see how fun it is to succeed and perform at your highest level, and you can finally rest easy knowing you’ve got all the resources and support you need to build strength and happiness both inside and out of the gym.

Ana López

Coach ALo

From the first time she stepped into her mother’s aerobics studio as a young child, Coach ALo’s had a love for all things active. She acted as a track and field heptathlete while pursuing a masters in exercise science at the same time – so needless to say, she’s got all the necessary experience to help BetterU members get the results they’re looking for. After years of personal and group training, she’s excited to join the BetterU team to guide members through strategic programming that’s structured with intent and purpose. Coach ALo loves box jumps, burpees, running, and the amazing, supportive community fitness brings, so when you sign up for one of her sessions, get ready to S.W.E.A.T. hard, build muscle, and maybe make a friend or two in the process.

Bryan Zapata

Coach Bryan

Coach Bryan uses his passion for health and fitness to help his clients get the results they’re looking for and become an overall better version of themselves. Get ready to get your head in the game, adapt a stronger mentality, and learn how to make the most out of your body in every single one of Bryan’s sessions.

Coach Triana

Backed by a fascination with how the body moves and years of experience as a fitness professional, Coach Triana has found true joy through exercise and hard work. She’s been an acrobat, a personal trainer, a group fitness coach, and a physician’s assistant – and now, she’s ready to build BetterU members that very same happiness and strength.
